After 16 days, game day is finally back for the USF Bulls. After a rough Thursday night loss two week ago, USF, 4-1 (0-1), hits the road to take on the 2-4 Huskies.
USF has a little bit of history with UCONN, losing two straight games to them on field goals, so the teams are prepared for a close game in this match-up.
USF has the speed advantage, bringing more weapons to the fight, but do not underestimate the Huskies. They rank 6th in the country at stopping the run and will try to jam the front line and make life rough for Scott and Daniels. They also run a power-i formation on offense, pounding the ball, but also changing up the formations, so the defense will have to be sharp in this game. The defense got shredded last time, so it is up to them to come out and deliver a statement game.
This will be a real test for the Bulls. Will they come out flat or will they come out firing away? We will have to wait and see.
