USF Women's Soccer Battles Pitt to a Scoreless Tie

The USF Bulls battled Pitt to a scoreless tie today at Corbett field as the ladies began their Big East portion of the schedule.  USF, 4-3-1 (0-0-1), fired away, dictating the tempo of play, but none of their shots could find the net as both sides went through double overtime without scoring once.

Taylor Patterson had 2 shots on goal, Sharla Passariello had 7 shots, and Olivia Chance had 4 shots, but they could not break through in the first conference game of the season.

The ladies hit the road to face Rutgers on Friday night (game begins at 7PM).
