From V5 - As the guys from V5 reported last night, USF forward Dom Dwyer is headed to the MLS after signing a contract with Generation Adidas and announcing on his Twitter account.
The 5-9 180-pound forward out of London, England had one of the greatest seasons in USF history. He led the Bulls deep into the playoffs and finished the regular season with 16 goals and 2 assists. He was named the offensive player of the year in the Big East and was named 2nd team All American by College Soccer News and the NCAA. This does hurt the USF team a bit, making Leston Paul with 4 goals the leading returning goal scorer, but the team is loaded with talent that will put up points next season.
We wish Dwyer the best on his decision and his future at the next level.
