More Wounded Warrior Uniform Pictures

How awesome are these helmets?

The Bulls will be wearing the special Wounded Warrior Project uniforms in the game against Miami on Saturday. Coach Holtz displayed the uniforms during his press conference yesterday and these are some of the images from the www.gousfbulls.com site.

Change to Wounded Warrior Uniform for Saturday!

Those who follow Coach Holtz on Twitter (@) got to see a new addition to the Wounded Warrior Uniform that the team will be wearing this Saturday vs. Miami (game is scheduled for 3:30 PM).

The helmet, yes, like we speculated earlier in the season, is being changed. The recent images that came out from UA did not show this helmet, but according to Holtz, this is what the team will be wearing. What does everyone think about this new twist to the design? We tend to like it, if just for one game.

USF Wounded Warrior Project

USF will be participating in Under Armour's Wounded Warrior project and two new images of what the Bulls might be wearing have come out. The full press release from Scout.com can be found HERE.

USF will wear the full uniforms on November 19th when they take on Miami in Tampa. Uniforms (have not been released quite yet) will incorporate values of the military services on the back to replace the name of the players along with using stars and stripes designs inside the numbering on the uniform.

After the game, the uniforms will be sold and all proceeds will go to Believe in Heroes. Other items such as hats and t-shirts will be sold as well.

We have seen the image of the helmet before and have known for some time about the Wounded Warrior project, but this is the first time we have seen the cleats they might be using (image released before for USC, but could be very similar to this design..

This is a really cool design for the USF helmet and a great honor to be part of as the Bulls, UA, and players salute and honor the veterans that protect us.

Tell us what you think about them!

USF Chosen for Wounded Warrior Project

Under Armour has released the schools who will be participating in their Wounded Warrior Project near Veterans' Day. USF is among the three teams who will be wearing a variation of camouflage uniforms. The Bulls will be putting on their camo gear when they come home to take on Miami on November 19th. The other two schools who are participating will be Texas Tech (November 12th, Veterans' Day weekend, at home against Oklahoma State) and South Carolina (October 1st at home against Auburn). USF will be the last participating team to play, so we should get a good look at how Under Armour plans to go about making the uniforms.

Over the summer, a picture was leaked of a camo-based helmet, which you can see below.
