USF Volleyball Gets Third Straight Win

USF volleyball got it's third straight win this morning (Picture: www.gousfbulls.com)
After starting the season 0-5, the USF ladies have now won 3 straight games as they swept UNC Greensboro today in the UCF Invitational.

The Bulls won all three sets of the match, 31 to 29 (tough fought), 25 to 20, and 25 to 16.

Valerie El Houssine had 17 kills to lead the way for USF, she also had 6 service aces. J'beria Davis had 11 kills and 5 digs as she continues to have a great start to the season. Andrea Rodriguez Gomez had 5 kills and 7 blocks, doing a great job at the net.

The Bulls are playing much better now and the team seems to have found their stride, which is great. They will now face UCF at 7PM as they look to sweep their matches in the invitational and get their fourth straight win. UCF is 7-1 on the season, so this will be a big test for the Bulls. If they can continue to play with the same focus they have had and get the all-around play from the top players like El Houssine and Davis, they will make this match very interesting.
