From Rivals.com - Defensive tackle Elkino Watson, the 6'2" 275-pound, 4-star recruit has reportedly canceled his plans to visit FSU on the 21st. Watson visited USF last weekend and appeared to enjoy his time on campus. He has been in close contact with the coaches as well.
What does this mean for USF? Watson is a big time defensive tackle and the fact that he has canceled his visit to one of the schools he highly favored is a good sign for USF. He enjoyed his time and the connection with the coaching staff, which have been on a roll recently, helps improves the Bulls chances. There is no apparent date set for his announcement, but this is a favorable sign for the Bulls. Watson still favors UF and a few other teams, but USF is high on his list. Keep your fingers crossed.
