Bulls Fall to Georgetown

The tough weekend for USF got worse on Saturday as the men fell to Georgetown 66 to 55 in a tough fought game.

Gilchrist broke out in this game and scored 22 points and pulled in 7 rebounds. Robertson had 10 points, Poland had 12 points, and Fitzpatrick had 7 points. Crater had 7 assists but no points and Noriega, after leading the team in two straight games in scoring was shut out in this one.

This was a tough game for the Bulls to go through. This late in the season, the Bulls are trying to get a win and this was as close as they may come to getting. They battled tough but were not able to get enough going on offense and couldn't hold down the Hoyas as they fell again. Now at 8-20 (2-13) they will be facing DePaul in round two of the Battle of the Bottom.
