Bulls BEAT Villanova!

I can't believe it. The Bulls just knocked off the number 10 seed Villanova in the opening round of the Big East tournament. The Bulls, down by 16 points at half time, rallied back and battled and got the one point win, 70 to 69. The last few seconds, Anthony Crater, the often criticized player on this site, made two huge buckets as the Bulls won the biggest game of the season.

Poland had 11 points and began attacking the rim. Noriega had 22 points and found his shooting stroke early in the game. Gilchrist continues his solid play and scored 16 points. Crater had 6 points and picked the best time to score his last 4 points.

This game was crazy and it proves the Big East is a tough conference. I will hard on USF, but this win was well earned. The team battled hard and was able to pull out a close victory for one of the few times this season. The season is not over and the Bulls will take on Cincinnati tomorrow night. The Bulls are alive baby!
