The baseball season got rough this weekend as the Bulls lost 2 of 3 against Evansville. The Bulls lost game 2 on Saturday 6 to 4 after leading most of the contest and getting decent starting pitching.
The Bulls are now 6-9 and are having trouble putting together solid pitching and hitting performances. The team is struggling to get on a roll and to get over .500 as conference play now grows even closer. With Barbosa still injured and Fontanez struggling to get on track at times, the Bulls need to get it together real fast or they could find themselves in a deep hole.
The Bulls will now travel to Orlando to take on UCF on Tuesday night before taking on Bethune-Cookman in a 4 game set. The Bulls need to take care of business in this non-conference part of their schedule before they face the Big East part of the schedule.
