USF Takes on BCC Tonight

The Bulls (7-9) are on the road again as they take on Bethune-Cookman tonight at 6 PM in Daytona, Florida. If you are celebrating Spring Break in the Daytona area, make your way over to the baseball game!

The Bulls are coming off of a great come from behind win over UCF on Tuesday night. USF was down 3 to 0 early, but clutch hitting and solid pitching allowed the Bulls to get the big win and hopefully set them up for more wins before they enter conference play.

The Bulls are a bit banged up right now on the pitching staff and will have to rely on the hitting of Mende, Brazeal, Koscso, and Ramsay to carry the team during this stretch. Junior Carlin left the UCF game with an apparent shoulder issue (same shoulder he had surgery on last year). Barbosa is still hurt as well with an injured forearm, but Prado is expecting him to return soon, at least at the beginning of conference play.

The Bulls will play two games in Datyona before returning to Tampa for the final two games against Bethune-Cookman. Make sure to get out to the games and support the Bulls as they try to get back over .500 and make a statement before conference play.
