Updates on USF injuries

Defensive tackle Demi Thompson could miss the game on Saturday.
From Adam Adkins - Three Bulls players are questionable for the game on Saturday night against FAMU.

Defensive tackle Demi Thompson is dealing with a mild back injury that has limited him and could force him to sit out for the game. Elkino Watson and Luke Sager will get the action in the two-deep role if Thompson has to sit the game out.

Defensive back JaQuez Jenkins is still dealing with a hamstring injury and is also questionable. I would be surprised to see him on the field for this game unless the team needed him out there. Tabuteau and Baker have played well in reserve roles in the secondary and Boyd has emerged as well (made the big special teams play last week).

The real injury that will hold a player out for certain is the concussion of wide receiver Joel Miller. Miller sat out last week with the injury and will probably miss this game as well as the staff monitors his condition. Lindsey Lamar and Victor Marc did a great job at the slot receiver position, so there is no drop-off in ability at this spot.

One name that has not been mentioned is the health of Quinterrius Eatmon, who seemed to leave the game on Saturday with an arm injury. While the injury could be mild and probably nothing to be too concerned with, look for the reserves to get a lot more playing time in case someone is dealing a few aches and pains.
