| There wasn't much to celebrate tonight for the Bulls. |
The USF volleyball team hit a roadblock tonight as they dropped the first match of the Wisconsin Inntower Invitational 3 sets to nothing, looking rough on offense.
The Bulls went down 25 to 17, 25 to 10, and 25 to 12 (ouch). The loss drops USF to 4-6 on the season, ending their 4-game winning streak that had renewed their energy.
Valerie El Houssine had 7 kills and two service aces in a really rough match for the Bulls where nothing seemed to get anything going. Shelbie Dailey had 16 assist on the night, helping the limited offensive attack of the Bulls. Janice Rivera had 11 digs, but there was really no fight in this game for the Bulls as the Badgers dominated the game.
The Bulls will look to regroup tomorrow night at 6 PM when they face Western Michigan in the second round of the tournament. The Bulls need to put this game behind them, regroup, and get a better performance than what they saw tonight.
