Big East Week 6 Pick Results

Week 6 is in the books (season is moving too fast) and with only 4 games on the Big East schedule, we didn't have much to chose from. Let's see if anyone is able to get ahead of Mike in the standings or do we continue to fall behind his lead.

UNC over Louisville

The Cardinal offense was just awful, but UNC made it a close game because they couldn't get it going either. The Cardinals lost to to Marshall last week and looked terrible in this game as well. It appears Charlie Strong will be staying up late each night trying to figure out what is wrong with this team. We all get the win here though.
Matt: 29-9
Mike: 32-6
Jim: 27-11

WVU over UCONN

The Mountaineers were held in check for the first half with the Huskies. Yet, the second half, the air raid offense woke up and got it going as they destroyed the UCONN secondary. WVU continues to play well and should be battling for the Big East title late in the season. We all get a win here.
Matt: 30-9
Mike: 33-6
Jim: 28-11

Rutgers over Pitt

What happened here, how on earth did the fighting Snookis beat Pitt? The Panthers continue to annoy the Big East fans with their up and down play and they chose a bad day to play down to Rutgers. No one knows what this team is doing and we all take a lose because of this game.
Matt: 30-10
Mike: 33-7 (finally you take a lose)
Jim: 28-12

Syracuse over Tulane

This was a bizarre game for the Orange. They were being beaten by the Green Wave, but somehow they came back to win the game they should have dominated from the start. The Orange are another team that continues to confuse everyone, but we all get the win again.
Matt: 31-10
Mike: 34-7
Jim: 29-12

Mike continues to lead the way, while I sit 3 games back and 2 games ahead of Jim. Let's see what happens this week with our week 7 picks.
