2012 projection: Daniels had his best statistical season last year as a quarterback and with a loaded receiving corps this season, he is due to set new records. He is a very athletic player and has shown over the years his ability to create with his legs and escape danger. Now in his senior season, Daniels is looking for a big year, not only in the stat sheets, but to take the team and program to another level, the Big East title. Daniels has gone on record stating that the 5-7 finish to last year left a bitter taste in his mouth (and the senior class) and they have been working harder than ever to prepare for this season. This is Daniels last shot to make program history. As long as he can stay healthy, he can reach those goals.
