USF Volleyball Wins Wild Five Set Match; Women's Soccer Battles Louisville to Tie

The USF volleyball team battled a resilient Cincinnati squad that pushed the Bulls to 5 sets before USF sealed the deal.  USF is now 10-7 (2-2) on the year after the big win.  

Kayla Walton had 22 kills.  Andrea Rodriguez Gomez had 8 kills and 3 digs.  Claudia Cabrera had 29 digs. Erin Fairs, continuing to rise, had 15 kills and 20 digs.  Valerie El Houssine had 4 kills and 17 digs and Natalia Soares had 32 assists and 8 digs on the day. 

USF will next head to face Syracuse on Friday afternoon (noon) for a huge road game.

The women's soccer team battled Louisville to a 1 to 1 tie after double overtime, running the Bulls record to 6-4-2 (2-1-1) on the season.  

USF struck first in the 4th minute on a goal from Sharla Passariello (assisted by Olivia Chance).  The Cardinals struck in the 84th minute and neither side after multiple shots, could find a goal as they tied it all up. 

USF will next face UCONN on Friday up in Storrs at 7PM.
