USF Women's Soccer Falls to Rutgers in Double Overtime

The USF ladies battled hard and took RU into double overtime, but the inability to get a goal through came back to bite them as they fell in double overtime, 0 to 1.  USF, now 4-4-1 (0-1-1) on the year will look to figure out the offensive woes that continue to follow the team.

Sharla Passariello was once again the most aggressive striker for USF, taking 3 shots, but it wasn't enough and no shots found their way.  Christiane Endler had a solid game in the net, stopping 4 shots and shutting down a lot of RU attacks, but allowed a goal to Jonelle Filigno in the 108th minute to end the game.

USF will next head to face Seton Hall on Sunday at 1PM.
