USF Women's Soccer Hits the Road to Take on UCONN

The USF women's soccer, 6-4-2 (2-1-2) team hits the road to take on UCONN (game begins at 7PM).  After battling Louisville to a scoreless draw, the young Bulls team will look to break through against UCONN, 7-5-1 (3-3-0), will be ready to defend their home turf.

The lady Huskies are led by senior forward Danielle Schulmann who leads the team with an insane 9 goals ad 7 assists.  The Bulls will have to watch for her the most.  Redshirt freshman Andrea Plucenik has 5 goals and 1 assist.  Freshman forward Samantha McGuire has 4 goals and 1 assist to round out the front line attack for lady Huskies.  Senior midfielder Linda Ruutu has 2 goals and 5 assists.  Senior midfielder Jennifer Skogerboe has 3 goals and 1 assist.  There are a lot of strikers for UCONN, putting pressure of Christiane Endler who has stopped 80% of shots against her this season.

In net is freshman Allison Saucier who has allowed 11 goals this season and has made 23 assists.  The key to slow down UCONN and their front line is to take the attack to them.  Sharla Passariello who has been playing out of her mind this season and the others will have to be physical and lead the attack and keep UCONN on defense in the game, setting up for a late game win.
