Sousa Firm to Wake Forest

Just a quick update for everyone in USF country as they race between classes and battle each other in line at Subway or the Marshall Center. The Bulls had a visit from 3-star quarterback Kevin Sousa this weekend and there was some speculation that he could be leaning towards USF. But according to Rivals.com, the 6'3" 232-pound QB out of Lake Nona High School in Orlando is firm with his commitment to Wake Forest.

This is not a huge surprise. Sousa is going there for big time academics and playing time, he only took visits this week probably just to see everything else and reconfirm his commitment to the Demon Deacons. The Bulls are now waiting on Joshua Grady, the 3-star athlete that could be a safety or quarterback. USF is battling with Vanderbilt and Wake Forest for him. Wake signing Sousa could make it a Vanderbilt/USF battle. We will have to wait till signing day to see where he will land!
