The USF uniform has changed quite a bit over the past few years, from the gold helmet and black logo, to Under Armour, and the now famous white helmets (don't forget the gold helmet with the new green logo). But what is your favorite uniform combination? Do you like the storm trooper look the Bulls put on against Florida last year? Do you like the green tops, white pants, and white helmets? There are plenty of combinations to chose from for your own personal favorite and I want to know what your favorite USF uniform, either new or old, is. Tell me what your favorite uniform is. It can be the new uniforms, the old school uniforms (Golden Brahmans anyone?) or something completely new (like the Oregon Ducks and their billion combinations).
Recently Bill McGillis (Executive Associate Director of Athletics) posted on his Twitter account what uniform combinations or new schemes fans would like to see. There was plenty of feedback and the Bulls may come out with a new uniform in the near future. But while we all sit and speculate, what do you want to see? Do you want to see the unique green helmet (picture above) on the field or would you like to see the Bull return to the original uniforms (pre-Conference USA days)? Let the chat begin!

What are the odds someone get excited, doesn't read the last paragraph, and this ends up as "USF's New Official Helmet" in some obscure AP story?
ReplyDeleteIt probably will happen, but at least he went ahead and put the disclamiar down there stating the fact its a concept image, not real at all.

ReplyDeleteI love the white helmets because I am obsessed with the all white look. I never thought that I would have ever wanted USF to have anything besides the white helmet until now. The helmet pictured above is AWESOME and would look amazing with green pants and green shirts. We need to keep the white helmets, but use the one pictured above as well. Bill McGillis, or anyone else involved, please make this happen!
ReplyDeleteIt is an awesome look. I think keeping the white helmets and getting the green helmets would be perfect. The gold seems to be fading away for the team. The seniors last year continued to pick the white helmet each game, so its all about style and a new look. GET THE GREEN HELMETS!
