Bulls Injury Update

Quarterback Bobby Eveld suffered a bruised jaw in last weeks scrimmage.
The Bulls left the Saturday scrimmage game with only a few injuries, a great thing if you are a fan or a coach at this point.

Freshman quarterback Bobby Eveld was back at practice yesterday, throwing and moving around after he took a shot to the face in the scrimmage. Coaches feared bad news, but were relieved to hear he only suffered a bruised jaw. Eveld took a violent shot in the scrimmage and had to leave, but it seems he will be alright and could even play in the Green and Gold game Saturday (at 5 PM on campus).

Running back Darrell Scott pulled a leg muscle that ended his playing day early. He has been responding well to treatment and the strain does not seem that severe. Holtz is optimistic that he could play on Saturday, but only if he is 100% at the moment.

Glad to hear the injuries are minor so far and no one is facing any long term effects of their injury.
