USF recruiting never takes a day off and the Bulls have offered another defensive player, this time targeting a defensive end.
The Bulls have offered Romeo Okwara (I love the name already, did you get it?) the 6'4" 230-pound weak-side defensive end out of Charlotte, North Carolina.
Check out his game footage with this video here.
Okwara runs the 40-yard dash in 4.7 seconds, he also maxes out on the bench press at 245-pounds. Okwara is a fast player that can get off the block fairly easily and could transition to linebacker at the college level.
Several teams have already offered him, including Wake Forest, Duke, and Vanderbilt. Okwara likes what he has seen at USF, including facilities, coaches, and the entire campus, so USF is in good shape as the recruiting process continues into the year. Hopefully the Bulls will land another commitment soon.
