Dominique Jones Wins a Ring with Mavs

Congratulations to the Mavs and Dominique Jones on winning the NBA title.
While the USF Bulls basketball team didn't win much this season, one of their former players got to celebrate last night with the world champion Mavericks.

Rookie Dominique Jones, Mr. DoJo, won a ring with the Mavericks after they beat up the Heat and won the series 4-2 and take home their first NBA title.

DoJo, the best player in recent history at USF, played sparingly this season with the Mavs, averaging just 2.3 points a game before sitting out the rest of the season with a foot injury. The Mavs are very high on DoJo and with several older players on the roster now, like Jason Terry and Jason Kidd, Jones will be a key factor in the coming seasons.

While he didn't contribute on the court in the playoffs, he still gets a ring so that is something special for the young man from Lake Wales. Congrats to Jones and the rest of the Mavs team on an incredible series and incredible victory last night.
