USF Offers Two Quarterbacks and Other Recruit News

The Bulls have offered 2012 quarterback prospect Jacob Guy. Guy, the 6'5" 200-pound signal caller from Pasco High School (Dade City, Florida) is a rising name. Guy only has a handful of offers, but now that camps are beginning, his stock is rising and the Bulls will try to keep him close to home. He has a strong arm and would be a perfect fit for Todd Fitch's offense.

Check out some of his footage from his junior season where he completed 116 out of 199 passes for 2149 yards, 29 touchdowns and 10 interceptions.

The Bulls have also offered 2013 quarterback prospect Darryl Richardson. Richardson, the 6'5" 215-pound star from Armwood Highschool (Seffner, Florida) is starting to get a lot of early attention and why not, simply look at his size and ability (Armwood just continues to roll out D1 talent). He has offers from Tennessee and Ohio State (good luck there) and now USF has joined the mix as well. The Bulls could really use his talent and he has already spent time on campus at the USF sling-n-shoot and displayed a huge arm.

The USF SuperBull is happening this weekend, with tons of talented high schoolers get to come and camp and the coaches get to evaluate the talent on hand as well as show off the new facilities and try to win over some of the prized recruits in the area. Tight end prospect Sean Price and defensive back Chris Bivins will be in attendance and will get to see the campus and everything USF has to offer. An interesting note here is that Chris's twin sister Kayla Bivins has committed to the USF volleyball team, a huge gain for the volleyball program and another interesting twist in the Bivins recruitment. He is very close to his sister, so it may help persuade him to become a Bull (fingers crossed). Welcome to the USF family Kayla and hope we are able to report a few more names to the football program as well.
