USF is 4-0 and looking to continue their winning ways on the road. They faced the first road test of the season at ND so they will look to build off of that and the recent success at home as they try to notch Big East win number on against Pitt.
Pitt is coming off of a 15 to 12 loss at home to Notre Dame and is looking for a big upset win here. USF is not that favored in the game and playing on Thursday nights explains it all, 0-6 in their history playing during the school week.
USF has the momentum and on paper has the better team, but it will all come down to how prepared and how well they can execute a game plan on the road during a short week.
