USF vs. DePaul Game Called Due to Weather

The USF ladies, 4-3-3 (0-1-2), were up two to nothing over DePaul at Corbett stadium this afternoon before the rain and lightning forced both sides to call the game.

Chelsea Klotz and Noelle Pineiro got the Bulls up early in the game before the rain forced people to head for shelter with just 6 minutes left in the first half. Both teams tried to get back on the field, but with the entire area being pounded by bad storms, they decided to call the game.

The game has been rescheduled for tomorrow morning at 11 AM (middle of class, not best timing). The score will begin at 0-0, so the Bulls will have to erase both scores that got them up early (will have coverage once game goes final).

USF will go on the road later this week to take on Cincinnati on Friday night at 7PM as they continue the season.
