Rush Through the Roster: Jordan Heath

The series rolls on as we take a look at a young player that has a strong connection to the head coach, his son, Jordan Heath. Heath walked-on to the team and redshirted last season. It is not certain how much playing time he will see, but he does add depth at the guard position.

Heath redshirted last season after walking on. The son of Head Coach Stan Heath was a solid prep player during his high school days, but didn't receive any major D1 offers, so he decided to stay close to his family and play for USF.

Heath now has a season under his belt and understands the offense, but due to the depth on the bench, he won't see much playing time. Unless he impresses during games and practice and injuries force Heath to turn to his bench, Heath will have to sit and watch. We hope he gets playing time, but not so sure how often that will happen.
