USF Wins Thriller Over St. John's

The USF ladies, facing the end of the season, got a huge road win today against a tough St. John's club, winning 3 to 2 (in regulation too).

Sharla Passariello put the Bulls ahead in the 37th minute, but allowed the Red Storm to come back to tie it up. Noel Pineiro put USF back in the lead in the 68th minute, until again, SJU tied the game. But in the 79th minute, as USF continued to fire away at the goal, the Bulls got another huge goal from Sharla Passariello to give the Bulls the win.

USF is now 6-7-4 (2-5-3) on the season, getting a big time win as the season and as their postseason dreams still hang on a thread. The Bulls will next take on Marquette on the road on Saturday afternoon at 6PM as they try to make a late run and get a few wins, hoping for some late season hope.
