Lindsey Richardson - 5-10- Junior - RHP

At number 5 is right handed pitcher Lindsey Richardson. Last season, Richardson made up the dynamic duo with Sara Nevins that dominated the pitching mound for the Bulls. She went 10-6 with a 2.85 ERA during the season. She pitched 103 innings, allowing 103 hits, issued 37 walks and struck out 105 batters. She held batters to a .250 batting average and even racked up a save. Richardson missed some time at the end of year due to a concussion, but is back and ready for this season.

Richardson improved upon her freshman campaign where she went 12-8 and finished 2010 with a 1.83 ERA. She pitched 130 innings, allowing 124 hits, walked 24 batters, struck out 138 and held opponents to a .249 batting average.

Richardson joins Nevins as one of the best one-two punches in the Big East. Richardson will have another big season for the Bulls.
