USF Volleyball Dominates; Women's Soccer Continues to Roll

The USF volleyball team came out strong and took care of business, beating Villanova in 3 straight sets to improve to 11-9 (3-4) on the season.

Andrea Rodriguez Gomez had 4 kills and 2 digs.  Kayla Walton had 9 kills and 1 dig as she continues to play at a high level.  Erin Fairs had 14 kills and 19 digs.  Claudia Cabrera had 12 digs.  Shelbey Bleke had 8 kills and 4 digs.  Wylie Devlin had 21 assists and 5 digs on the year.  The Bulls will next face Georgetown on Sunday at 2PM.

Not to be out done, the women's soccer extended their winning streak to 3 games as they hung on to beat Syracuse 1 to 0.  The ladies are now 9-4-2 (5-1-2) on the season. 

USF got on the board in the 17th minute as Kelly Campbell struck on an assist from Taylor Patterson.  After that, the Bulls played tremendous defense, their calling card all season.  Christiane Endler had another monster night as the Bulls continue to surge.

USF will face St. John's on Sunday at 1PM.
