Bulls Fall Again, 74 to 66 to Cincinnati

Coach Stan Heath and company lost for the 7th straight game, falling to the bottom of the Big East conference.
The losing streak continues as the Bulls lost again on the road to Cincinnati 74 to 66, pushing the current losing streak to 7 games. The Bulls, 6-12 (0-4) once again kept the game close in the first half and actually led at some points, but cold shooting and a tough Cincinnati team was too much for USF in the second half.

Jarrid Famous had 9 points and 5 rebounds, Shaun Noriega had 8 points but was 2-6 from the field. Robertson had 4 points and Anthony Crater had 3 assists and 4 turnovers (sigh). Ron Anderson Jr. had 13 points off the bench, Jawanza Poland had 10 points (but fouled out with 7 minutes to go in the second half), and Augusts Gilchrist had 11 points (3-11 from the field).

The Bulls return home to take on Providence on Sunday, January 16th at noon. The Bulls are not a bad team like the record is showing, but this long season is starting to drag on and many are hoping it ends soon, but please come out and show your support. The first week of classes are over, so there is no excuse not to attend the game and stay afterwards as the USF ladies take on Marquette at 3:30 in the Sun Dome.
