Bulls Get Win Over Providence

The losing streak is finally over as the Bulls finally got a much needed win, 79 to 72 against Providence. The Bulls 7-12 (1-5) finally got a Big East win and are hoping to build off of this solid victory at home in the Sun Dome.

Jarrid Famous had a big game for the Bulls with 15 points and 14 rebounds. Ron Anderson Jr. had 8 points, JAWANZA Poland had 13 points despite struggling from the field, Hugh Robertson had 17 points, and Anthony Crater had 6 assists as he continues to get better at the point position. Fitzpatrick had a nice game off the bench scoring 10 points and Gilchrist again came off the bench but scored 10 points.

This is a great win for the Bulls as they now can put the losing streak and the Big East streak off their minds and get back to work as they try to ger some solid wins as the season continues on. The Bulls are on the road on Thursday as they take on Rutgers. The Scarlet Knights are not a powerhouse in the Big East so the Bulls will have a chance on the road.
