State of the Union, Sort of

It's time to address the USF Nation out there.
My fellow Bull Rush readers (insert a Presidental voice there). The Bull Rush now officially has its own domain name (moving up in the world). This should help make it easier for USF fans to access the website and makes it more professional for me as well.[keep reading]

The site is currently covering men's and women's basketball (despite the rough seasons) and will continue to cover these programs from here on out. The football season will be the primary focus for the site, but until the season begins, I will be bringing you interest stories, any breaking news, and early look ahead segments on the roster.

Will I cover other sports during this year, such as popular soccer, baseball, and softball? Yes and no. I work full time and created this site as a place to vent, express my views, and give general news about the Bulls and connect to the USF Nation. Covering all of these sports will be difficult and time consuming, I do have a life (hard to believe I am sure for some of you out there). So while I will do my best to cover the big stories and breaking news for these other programs, if I miss something one night, don't come after me with torches, I am only human.

The site is getting a steady traffic flow so far, but changes are on the way. There may be a logo for the site (thinking about designing something or leaving it up to the fans to create something for the site. I am already on twitter (@usfmatt), but will be looking into making a Facebook fan page for the site to get people connected on the biggest social network in the world.

The site is here to stay and only going to get better. So thank you for being one of the first to view the page and your continued support is always appreciated. If there is anything you can think of, opinions on the site, on material, on my methods of reporting, or you just want to chat about anything USF, don't be afraid to leave a comment on this post or any of the posts. This site is designed to be fan friendly and connect to the fans out there, so please leave your thoughts!
