Woulard looks good in USF colors already, but will he be part of the class of 2013? (Picture: www.rivals.com) |
2013 quarterback prospect Asiantii Woulard has claimed an offer from USF, according to USFBullsEye.
The 6-4 200-pound dual-threat out of Winter Park, Florida has already been impressing early in his playing career. He recently participated in the USF Sling-n-Shoot on campus camp, helping Winter Park claim their second straight title and gaining the interest of the USF coaching staff at the same time.
USF is the first program to officially offer Woulard, but other teams such as Tennessee, Georgia, and NC State are interested. He has already visited USF, UF, and Tennessee during camps, but still wants to see Alabama (USFBullsEye) among other programs.
USF will need to upgrade the talent at quarterback for the class of 2013. Daniels will be gone at that point, leaving just Floyd and Eveld on scholarship at that point (depending on what happens for the class of 2012 with Tyler Cameron as a verbal commit now). Woulard would be a huge pick-up for the program as Holtz continues to recruit the incredible talent around the area.
2nd paragraph, last sentence, "interesting" should be changed to "interest."
