Results from Big East Week 8 Picks

Another week is in the books and with only three games on the Big East schedule, there was not a lot of room to make a move in the standings, but someone gained a little ground. Let's see who came out ahead of this weeks picks.

Louisville over Rutgers

Another classic Big East game that defies logic. Louisville was able to find enough offense to beat Rutgers after showing nothing all season. This game just continues to prove nothing makes sense in the Big East conference. We all take a loss here.
Matt: 33-13
Mike: 36-10
Jim: 31-15

Syracuse over WVU

What happened here? WVU has the firepower and should have been able to take advantage of the depleted Syracuse defense, but the Orange shocked the Big East standings with a huge win in the Carrier Dome. This was a hard game to understand, I am sure Jim is not very happy after that performance. We all take another loss here as well.
Matt: 33-14
Mike: 36-11
Jim: 31-16

Cincinnati over USF

Still can't mentally handle this game either. USF had the lead, offense did enough, but the defense fell apart late and put another dagger into the heart of USF fans all over the world. This game will leave a hole in my heart for a long time. Mike and I take another loss while Jim gets away with a win here.
Matt: 33-15
Mike: 36-12
Jim: 32-16
