USF volleyball falls to Louisville

USF showed a lot of heart on the court tonight, but it just wasn't enough.
The USF Bulls lost a tough game to the Louisville Cardinals on a historic night that saw a lot of former players return to campus to honor the Bulls on the Halloween weekend.

USF looked bad in the first two sets, but were able to rally in the third set until the Cards fired back to drop USF in straight sets.  The Bulls are now 9-13 (5-3) on the season and will need to get it together on Sunday afternoon.

Kimika Rozier had 5 kills on the night.  Kayla Walton had 10 kills on the night as well.  Andrea Rodriguez Gomez had 5 kills and 1 dig.  Valerie El Houssine had 18 kills (led team) and added 3 digs.  Shelbie Dailey had 33 assists on the night and 7 digs.  Janice Rivera.

USF had their chances but couldn't rally late to get to win a set, being swept for the second straight game.  The Bulls will have to put this game behind them and prepare for Cincinnati on Sunday afternoon (game at 2PM) at the Rec center.
