Another week is in the books for the Big East. The contest is coming towards the end. Mike leads the pack with Jim lurking right behind my record. Let's see who surprised this weekend (I am not a happy person with this contest for the record).
USF over Syracuse
Finally, USF was able to break the losing streak and get their first conference win of the season. They still face a tough test ahead, but have 3 home games to get bowl eligible. We all get a win here.

Jim: 36-20
WVU over Cincinnati
Another typical Big East game, the road team wins the game just to screw up the standings even more. This was a back and forth game with WVU winning it all in the last seconds on a field goal to confuse the standings and mess up our picks here. Jim gets the only win, while Mike and I drop a game.

Jim: 37-20
Pitt over Louisville
I just can't figure out the Big East anymore. Pitt is missing their offense in Ray Graham and Louisville showed signs of life last week, but hit the bottom in this game. Sunseri made enough plays to help them get a big win on the road and get themselves closer to a bowl game as well. Mike and Jim get a win here, while I continue to slump (I hate this game).
Matt: 37-21Mike: 41-17
Jim: 38-20
Rutgers over Army
This game was ugly in the first half, tied at 6. Rutgers was able to do enough in the second half to get the win. Not sure why they would schedule a week opponent so late in the season, but oh well. We all get a win here, with Mike leading the series and now Jim taking over possession of second. I will return next week.
