USF WBB Notches Win Over Minnesota

The ladies got win number one of the season, salvaging the last game of the WBI Tournament in Daytona, winning the game 60 to 52 (now 1-2).

Jasmine Wynne had 12 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists as she continues her great start in her final year. Kaneisha Saunders had 12 points and 3 rebounds. Andrell Smith had 18 points and 7 rebounds. It is great to see her come to life on offense. Cailtin Rowe had 11 points and 7 rebounds as she continues her great start to the season.

The Bulls are still without Andrea Smith and Inga Orekhova, a big part of the offense for this season. The Bulls are are doing a great job without them and needed this win as the return home for more non-conference games, a key point in the season where they can get a few wins. USF will take on North Florida on Tuesday night, 7PM, in the Recreation Center. The fans need to get to the Rec to support the ladies and give them the home court advantage!
