The USF Bulls battled but could not find enough scoring as they fell in 4 sets to Villanova on Friday night. The Bulls drop to 9-15 (5-6) on the season as they continue to fall apart during conference play and fall further behind in the conference.
J'beria Davis had 5 kills and 3 digs on the night. Kayla Walton had 11 kills and 3 digs, playing well at the net. Andrea Rodriguez Gomez had 7 kills. Valerie El Houssine had a monster night at the net. She led the team with 21 kills and added 8 digs and 2 service aces. Shelbie Dailey had 45 assists and 7 digs. Janice Rivera had 2 assists and 32 digs as well, but just not enough from the ladies in this game.
The Bulls will next take on Georgetown on Sunday afternoon at 2PM as the Bulls honor their seniors as they play the last home game of the season at the Rec center so everyone needs to get to the stadium (although most will be headed to the soccer team, something big might be going on at Corbett during this game)
