USF Lands Two 2013 Commitments

From Greg Auman - The USF Bulls hosted  a large number of talented players on Junior Day on campus.  The Junior Day was a chance for high school stars to get a chance to visit the campus, facilities, and meet with coaches.  The big day (largest number of prospects to visit USF on Junior Day so far) proved fruitful as the Bulls landed two star commitments today.

Above is footage for Johnson, below is Richardson.
Wide receiver Tshumbi Johnson (5-11 175-pounds) and wide receiver Xavier Richardson (6-3 190-pounds), teammates at Immokalee High School (Immokalee, Florida) and second cousins, have both verbally committed to the Bulls, making them the first commits for 2013.

Both receivers are very capable and have been recruited by top programs such as Florida State, Georgia Tech, and South Carolina among others.  Landing these two early commits is a great positive for the Bulls as they look to real in a strong class, bringing in local stars.  Getting early commits from local kids might open the door for other needs in this class such as quarterback and running back.  Welcome Johnson and Richardson to the USF family!
