Sara Nevins Named Big East Pitcher of the Week, Again!

Sara Nevins is good at softball, in case you haven't heard yet.
The Bulls are in the midst of a 16-game winning streak, but star left hander Sara Nevins is in the midst of her own streak.
Nevins took home Big East pitcher of the week for the 5th consecutive week (6th overall this season) after winning three games over the weekend and striking out 28 batters, not a bad weekend.

Nevins is 22-2 on the season with an ERA of just .60 and has struck out 213 batters over 164.1 innings of work, setting her apart from all other pitchers in the conference.

The Bulls, 36-5 (9-0), will look to continue their impressive winning streak with two games against Providence tomorrow starting at 1PM here on campus.  Make sure to take a break from class and fill that stadium to cheer on the ladies as they continue their quest for the NCAA tournament.
